Faulty / Damaged / Mispicked items

In the unlikely event that you are sent the wrong item or where you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team in order to explain the problem you are experiencing. Where appropriate our Customer Service Team will go through trouble shooting steps and common setup issues with you in order to resolve any technical issues. If successful, you will receive a replacement.
